ACTION Methodology

At The KIX Group we've worked with many different management methodologies from lots of companies, e.g. Prince2 & Catalyst. We're never satisfied and continually look for better and more effective ways and means to manage what we do effectively.

In the last year we came across "Action Method". It's simple and straightforward, neat, and easy to work with. It's won awards for its tools and we've grown to enjoy using it, but even better getting our results both for us and out clients.

The great thing about this method is that its SIMPLE. It can be used via the web, your PC or MAC and your iPhone. It sort of like putting post-it notes all over the wall, organising them in the order to do things, passing the notes to the people that have the tasks to do, collect the finished ones and review and manage the rest.
